About CULTURE BREAK

‘CULTURE BREAK’ is a unique performance series that expresses the rich diversity of DTLA during the afternoons. This multidisciplinary activation is free to the public and features both live music and eclectic artistic performances for the local workforce, residents and visitors in downtown Los Angeles. Located around the new Metro Regional Connector stations, CULTURE BREAK is a way to discover DTLA destinations and experience local music and art with ease and convenience. Presented by Central City Association (CCA), CULTURE BREAK is a NXT Art + DTWX production in collaboration with dublab. This series is proudly aligned with DTWX in activating and supporting cultural experiences for all Angelenos. NXT Art (@nowart_la) is a public art organization that revitalizes physical and social landscapes through creative installations. dublab (@dublab) is a community-supported internet radio station and creative collective dedicated to the growth of positive music, arts, and culture. Metro is the Official Transit Partner.
